Location: 1000 S. Douglas Highway, Gillette, WY 82716, United States
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift
Schedule: Approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
Pay Range: $26.15 – $36.83/hour (based on experience)

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Short-Term Rehab setting in Gillette, Wyoming. This role focuses on providing physical therapy services to a geriatric patient population
, with a manageable and variable caseload of up to 10 patients per day
.

The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule
, working approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
.

• Provide physical therapy services in SNF and short-term rehab settings under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Treat a geriatric patient population using individualized treatment plans
• Manage a variable PT caseload with a maximum of 10 patients per day
• Document patient care and progress accurately using EMR systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient-centered outcomes

• Active Wyoming Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license required
• SNF or short-term rehab experience preferred

• Proficiency in EMR systems
• Experience with Medhelp and Point Click Care preferred

• State License: Wyoming PTA license required / highly preferred
