Visionary Broadband seeks a qualified individual to fulfill the role of Technical Support Specialist – Residential. This full‑time position is a part of Visionary Broadband, a division of Visionary Communications, Inc., one of the top service providers in the Rocky Mountain region.
Job SummaryOur rapidly growing retail business is looking for an accomplished, upbeat and friendly individual to join our team as a Technical Support Agent. The successful candidate will have a strong command of the company’s network and customer database and be well‑trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem.
