Mechanic – Entry Level or Above (Full-time) – Gillette, WY

We need a mechanic to disassemble, inspect, rebuild, and test hydraulic cylinders, pumps, motors, and valves. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting, specifying parts, providing failure analysis, and fabricating plumbing components for customer equipment.

What You’ll Do
  • Disassemble and inspect hydraulic cylinders, pumps, motors, and valves
  • Rebuild and test components, ensuring proper function
  • Troubleshoot failures and specify required parts and labor
  • Provide failure analysis reports
  • Perform assembly/fabrication and plumbing work as needed
  • Test hydraulic components and repair customer equipment
  • Follow standard procedures and operating manuals for repair, maintenance, and diagnosis of mechanical problems in capital equipment and facilities
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of mechanical shop experience
  • 1+ year of working knowledge of pumps, valves, motors, and cylinders (a plus)
  • Basic math and computer skills with mechanical aptitude
  • Own set of hand tools preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record
  • High school diploma or GED required
