Our client, an industry leader in mining and plant operations, is seeking a Plant Tech to join their team. As a Plant Tech, you will be part of the operations supporting the plant team. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** Shift: 28 Day Rotating Schedule*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Operate train load out systems efficiently and safely.

+ Maintain and operate hydraulic and water pumps to ensure smooth plant operations.

+ Monitor and troubleshoot plant systems to prevent and resolve issues.

+ Work independently in various weather conditions and at different times of day.

+ Train and support team members in plant operations to promote safety and efficiency.

** What's Needed?*
* + Knowledge of plant systems and ability to operate related equipment.

+ Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

+ Good verbal and written communication skills.

+ Ability to abide by company rules, guidelines, and applicable laws.

+ Willingness to work overtime as required.
