Quality Control Tech
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and fabrication industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Tech to join their team. As a Quality Control Tech, you will be an essential part of the fabrication yard operations, supporting the Material Handling and Quality Assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.
Location:
GILLETTE, WY
Pay Range: DOE
Shift: Monday - Friday
What's the Job?
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming raw materials, steel plates, beams, pipes, and other components in the fabrication yard.
- Safely load and unload materials using forklifts, cranes, or other equipment as required.
- Remain on your feet throughout the day and regularly climb on and off semi-trucks to perform inspections and handling tasks.
- Maintain high attention to detail to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Accurately process and maintain paperwork related to material handling and quality control activities.

- Ability to follow directions and work independently with initiative.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliability and accountability in completing assigned tasks.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred but not required.
- Credential requirement: 100039
