RN | SCRUB NURSE

Campbell County Health (CCH) is seeking a dedicated and skilled RN Scrub Nurse to join our dynamic team in Gillette, Wyoming. • Assist in surgical operations under the supervision of surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other surgical personnel.
• Maintain a sterile environment in the operating room.
• Prepare patients for surgery by washing, shaving, and disinfecting incision sites.
• Provide technical assistance to surgeons, surgical nurses, and anesthesiologists.
• Administer and monitor medication as directed by the healthcare provider.
• Record patients’ medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor and continually assess operating room conditions.
• Handle and care for surgical instruments and equipment pre‑, during, and post‑surgery.

• Strong clinical skills in a surgical environment.
• Ability to maintain effective communication with patients, families, and staff.
• High level of proficiency in handling surgical instruments.
• Strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills.
• Knowledge of surgical operation procedures and safety standards.
• Valid RN license.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
