PRN Nurse Trainer (RN) Gillette, WY
Village Caregiving in Gillette, WY is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to serve in a training-focused role supporting our caregiver onboarding process. This position is ideal for an RN who enjoys education, mentoring, and setting caregivers up for success in the home.
Schedule & Pay- PRN role with availability 1–2 days per week
- Flexible scheduling
- $60/hour
- Train new caregivers during onboarding
- Reinforce company standards, client safety, and care expectations
- Serve as a clinical resource for caregiver questions during training
- Ensure caregivers are prepared to deliver safe, high-quality non-medical home care
- Active Registered Nurse license in WY
- Strong communication and teaching skills
- Comfortable training adults with varied experience levels
- Home care experience preferred, but not required
