Bilingual Client Specialist​/Customer service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Work closely with wholesale and retail customers.
• Promptly resolve any customer concerns.
• Ensure maximum client high quality and visual standards of the products and store.
• Achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.

• Contact customers, which may include minors.
• Handle cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value.
• Access may be supervised or require a history to protect the business, its operations, reputation and safety of customers, staff, vendors, contractors and the public.

Full‑time, $17/HR.
