Merchandiser:
Displays and arranges beverage products on shelves, displays, and other areas to attract customers. Provides excellent customer service to store owners and customers, and resolves complaints or grievances. Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and works independently. Must lift up to 70 pounds and work weekends and holidays. Requires a valid driver’s license. The work environment is moderate in noise and occasionally exposed to outside weather.

• Arranges products according to prearranged plans or approved ideas.
• Places price and descriptive signs on backdrop, fixtures, merchandise, or floor.
• Transfers product from customer stock room to floor displays to comply with "Sell By" dates, maximize in‑store product, and minimize stockroom inventory.
• Orders product for assigned accounts in accordance with established procedures to avoid stock‑out conditions.
• Originates display ideas or follows suggestions or schedules from the Merchandiser Manager and Sales Manager.
• Communicates effectively daily with key store personnel on service or product needs.
• Constructs or assembles display aids from company‑provided point of sale materials.
• Wears company‑provided uniform and maintains a professional and well‑groomed appearance.
• Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor as needed.
