• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, driving and passion for helping people.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am‑9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority‑based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced, evolving tech environment, remaining flexible and open to change.
• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? Receive tools, training, and coaching to meet and exceed goals.

Our Retail Sales Consultant earns between $16.93 - $20.82 per hour, plus $13,700+ in commission if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving goals earns top sellers $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
