Kodiak Gas Services is seeking entry-level Field Service Technicians in Gillette, WY. These technicians will assist with the operation and maintenance of compressor packages and equipment, supporting gas processes in the field. What You’ll Need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations
  • Physical ability to lift at least 10 lbs frequently and over 50 lbs infrequently
  • Ability to stand for up to 75% of the time and sit for up to 25%
  • Ability to climb ladders/stairs and work in confined spaces
  • Ability to work in high noise and outdoor environments (extreme heat/cold)
  • Must wear all required PPE (fire‑retardant clothing, hard hats, face shields, hearing protection, safety glasses, steel‑toed boots)
  • Basic knowledge of compressor packages and components
  • Working knowledge of HSE procedures and regulations
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
What Will Make You Stand Out
  • OEM, Trade School, or comparable work experience in a related field/industry (preferred)
  • 1-year compression process, production, and equipment related experience and/or training (preferred)
  • Electrical troubleshooting skills (preferred)
