• Work on large scale power infrastructure projects

• Structural concrete foundations for substations and transmission lines
• Large diameter caissons and reinforced concrete systems
• Commercial and industrial job sites across multiple states

• Set and build forms for structural concrete foundations
• Perform high quality concrete finishing to meet strict specifications
• Use hand and power tools to assemble, brace, and strip formwork
• Read and follow blueprints and layout instructions
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
• Work closely with Superintendents and operators to hit production goals
• Monitor concrete during pours to ensure strength and consistency

• Experience in concrete form setting and finishing
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work in outdoor conditions
• Physically capable of handling demanding labor on active job sites

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience operating heavy equipment or concrete tools
• Familiarity with substation or bridge construction environments
• Knowledge of job site safety practices
