** Construction & Maintenance Technician I*

Adecco is currently assisting Strata Energy in recruiting for a  
** Construction & Maintenance Technician
** to join their growing operations team in northeastern Wyoming. This hands-on position supports the construction of header houses and related components, from well installation through full construction and operational setup. ** What You'll Do*
* As a Construction & Maintenance Technician I, you will be responsible for supporting wellfield construction projects and installing the components necessary to make header houses fully operational.

Key responsibilities include:

+ Build header house components using PVC, HDPE, polypropylene, stainless steel, and other materials.

+ Assist with the installation of submersible pumps and motors in wellfield wells.

+ Install metering equipment used to monitor flow rates, pressure, and ORP.

+ Operate equipment used in wellfield construction, including forklifts, air compressors, poly fusing equipment, and poly reels.

+ Install electrical wiring and piping to individual wells.

+ Assist with the construction of header house drainage basins.

+ Fabricate and assemble manifold and header house components.

+ Safely operate pickup trucks, trailers, generators, compressors, saws, grinders, forklifts, and other tools and equipment.

+ Handle commonly used construction chemicals, including glues, primers, and cleaners.

+ Maintain daily activity records and documentation.

+ Perform basic equipment maintenance.

+ Follow all safety and environmental procedures.

+ Complete additional duties as assigned.

** Qualifications*
* + High School Diploma or GED required.

+ 1 to 6 months of related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

+ Valid Class C Driver's License and ability to meet company driving requirements.

+ Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.

+ Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

+ Ability to safely operate construction equipment and tools.

+ Commitment to following all industrial safety and radiation safety procedures.

** Physical Requirements*
* + Regular standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.

+ Frequent use of hands and arms for handling tools and materials.

+ Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 25 to 100 pounds.

+ Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment.

** Work Environment*
* This position is primarily performed outdoors and may involve exposure to:

+ Variable weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, snow, mud, and wind.

+ Heavy equipment and moving machinery.

+ Uneven terrain and industrial work sites.

+ Low levels of radioactive materials and radiation associated with a uranium ISR facility.

+ Moderate noise levels and other construction-related hazards.

** Pay Details:**  $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
