Champion Home Builders, Inc. is seeking an Independent Contractor to perform warranty service on sold manufactured homes in the Nebraska, Colorado, Wyoming, and South Dakota region.
The Home Service Technician will repair common issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include scheduling with customers, obtaining parts, logging work orders, maintaining a company vehicle, and performing carpentry tasks such as trim, roofing, doors, drywall, and plumbing/electrical repairs.
