Retail Travel Inventory Associate – Driver

Starting Wage: $18.00 - $20.00

Eligibility:
Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.

• Travel regularly with a team to customer locations in the home‑improvement segment.
• Ensure safe, timely transportation of team members to and from inventory events, complying with traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements.
• Conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
• Count and record inventory with precision.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Move between inventory locations, standing or walking for extended periods.
• Meet daily performance goals; earn productivity‑based wage increases.
• Represent WIS as a positive, safe, and inclusive face of the organization.

• Must be at least 21 years old to qualify as a van driver; at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• Experience preferred in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales, Driver, or Warehouse work; training provided if no inventory experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active throughout shifts.
• Comfortable using handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• At least three (3) years of proven driving experience.
• Will submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report, pre‑employment screening, and MVR check.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation.
• Availability for flexible schedules, including early mornings or late nights.

This position requires standing for prolonged periods, occasional walking, using both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, frequent squatting, kneeling, or crouching, ladder use, lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs., and traveling by car or plane with occasional overnight stays up to 4 days a week.
