Warehouse Operator

Move parts of various shapes, sizes and weights with forklifts and overhead cranes. Saw iron of various shapes, sizes and weights. Complete data entry into computer system of inventory materials to ensure inventory accuracy. Load and unload trucks in the yard. General housekeeping of the warehouse and the yard. Other special projects as needed or required.

Formal Requirements and Certifications of Job:

Required:

• 18 years or older
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift 70 lbs on various occasions
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
• Computer literate
• Self-motivated
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Team player
• Ability to learn to operate forklifts, overhead cranes and other material handling equipment

Preferred:

• Forklift Experience

Special Demands:

• Lift or Carry 70 lbs
