Sales Associate

CBH Cooperative is seeking a dependable Sales Associate - Warehouse to support daily operations at our Sturgis, SD location. In this on-site role, you will safely receive, store, and handle agronomy, feed, energy, and farm supply products while accurately picking, staging, and loading orders for producers and internal customers. You will operate forklifts and material-handling equipment, maintain a clean and organized warehouse and yard, and assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.

As a frontline representative of CBH, you'll provide courteous, customer-focused service and follow all safety and compliance standards. This position offers hands-on agricultural industry experience, growth opportunities within the cooperative, and competitive benefits while contributing to the success of local producers and rural communities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize agricultural products and supplies in the warehouse
• Pick, stage, and load customer and internal orders accurately and on time
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse and yard areas
• Perform inventory counts and assist with stock rotation and record accuracy
• Follow all CBH safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
• Assist customers and drivers with loading and basic product questions
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to meet service goals
• Complete basic shipping/receiving paperwork and use warehouse systems
• Support other cooperative operations as seasonal needs require
