Child Residential Support Worker

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, therapeutic 8-bedded children’s home that has been providing consistent, high-quality care. This is a unique opportunity to join a single-home provider (no expansion plans) that offers stability, strong values and long-term commitment to both staff and children.
About the Home

* 8-bedded therapeutic residential home

* Children aged 5–10 years

* Supporting children with EBD and complex trauma

* Trauma-informed approach

* Daily enrichment activities

* Annual summer camping trip and regular extracurricular activities (Karate, dance, clubs, etc.)

The Role

* 38 hours per week

* Supporting children with emotional, behavioural and developmental needs

* Acting as a consistent, positive role model

* Encouraging engagement in education and enrichment activities

* Supporting therapeutic interventions and structured routines
We are looking for someone reliable, resilient and emotionally mature.

Requirements

* Experience in a residential setting (adults or children considered)

* Full UK driving licence (essential)

* Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)

* Ability to commit to full-time hours
