An established, family-run HVAC business with over 40 years of experience is seeking a highly skilled Air Conditioning Lead Installations Engineer to lead a small installation team. This role involves working on a variety of high-quality HVAC systems, including DAIKIN, ALTHERMA, and VRV/VRF splits. Its an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to take ownership of installations, mentor technicians, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate air conditioning system installations, ensuring compliance with safety and project specifications. Survey sites, assess risks, and prepare detailed installation plans. Order materials, arrange deliveries, and oversee subcontractors, crane lifts, and scaffolding when required. Interpret HVAC schematics, design plans, and technical drawings accurately.
