Join our dynamic team in Gilroy, CA, for a temporary position in the Accounts Receivable Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to the success of our organization. The assignment is expected to begin at the start of April and will last approximately three months. Once trained, you'll work Monday through Friday from 7am to 3:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage cash and payment applications.
- Perform accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
- Accumulate, sort, and file receivable documentation for research and reconciliation.
- Prepare, print, and process invoices, including verifying adjustments as needed.
- Record deposits, transfers, voids, and non-sufficient funds (NSF) checks.
- Generate reports for management and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
- Provide backup support for other accounting or administrative staff as needed.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- Experience in cash and payment application.
- Background in accounting/bookkeeping.
- Experience with operations in an Accounts Receivable Department.
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
