The Automotive Service Technician services and repairs vehicles following all established standards and procedures. Duties may include pre-delivery service on new vehicles to ensure excellent working order for the customer. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service while maintaining customer satisfaction.

• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs
• Perform routine service inspections or tests and complete standard maintenance jobs
• Ensure that required documentation is complete and compliant with regulations and standards
• Aid in maintaining shop appearance and safety standards, including inventory stocking and other general functions
• Follow all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules
• Attend all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic

• Basic computer and internet skills
• Outstanding communication skills

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
