Dental Lab Billing

Overview

Williams Dental Lab is a state-of-the-art dental lab located in Gilroy, California that prioritizes customer service. We are dedicated to growing our team with self-motivated individuals who are organized, detail oriented and able to learn and adapt to Williams Dental Lab protocols. We are seeking an individual to add to our billing team.

• Speak, read and understand English
• Located in commuting distance of Gilroy, California (no relocation is available)
• Have a positive and professional attitude
• Reliable and dependable
• Able to accept direction/correction on work related tasks
• Time management, and ability to prioritize work
• Ability to multi task
• Attention to detail
• Standard knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
• 2 years Computer experience
• Dental Experience is required
• Billing experience (preferably in the dental field)
• Ability to climb stairs and carry up to 15 pounds

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Use our invoicing program to complete customer invoices
• Read and interpret the prescription provided by the doctor
  • Verify treatment requested on RX
  • Confirm Doctor and Patient name before invoicing
• Steaming cases in preparation of billing
• Generate daily reports
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Provide estimates as needed for clients
