Required Skills:

Valid State License (CA) in hand

DEA certification

BLS certification

Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience in outpatient settings

Fluency in Spanish

Comfortable working with both pediatric and adult patients

Ability to work in diverse clinical environments, including mobile clinics and brick-and-mortar settings

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have

Skills:

Board Certification in Family Practice (preferred but not required; Board Eligible candidates accepted)

Experience with Epic EMR or similar electronic charting software

Prior work in mobile or school-based clinics

Additional language skills

Preferred

Education and Experience:

Medical Degree (MD), completed in accordance with licensing requirements

At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience

Current California medical licensure (in-hand)

DEA registration

Other Requirements:

Willingness to work at both mobile and brick-and-mortar clinics

Attending a full week of orientation (Monday to Friday) prior to start

Flexibility to work day shifts (10:00 – 19:00), scheduled 5 days a week, no call

Coverage length ranging from 13 to 26 weeks with potential for extension

Ability to adapt to changing daily needs in the clinic environment

Hourly Pay Rate: $170.43
