Be the difference-maker in a student's journey! Cross Country Education is searching for an Educational Specialist who is as passionate about building relationships as they are about academic growth and ready to support a diverse PK-8 community in the Gilroy, CA area this school year!
Responsibilities- Direct the end-to-end IEP process, including the professional drafting, writing, and administration of individualized plans to meet diverse student needs.
- Provide specialized academic support to a broad student population ranging from Pre-K through 8th grade, focusing on Mild-to-Moderate learning disabilities.
- Partner with the educational team and work with general education teachers and staff to ensure inclusive and effective student outcomes.
- Utilize data-driven assessments to track student growth and adjust instructional strategies to ensure all educational milestones are met.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Valid California Education Specialist Instruction Credential (Mild/Moderate)
- Prior experience in the complete IEP lifecycle, including proficient diagnostic reading and technical writing.

Earn a highly competitive hourly rate of $56.20 - $59.50 per Hour
