Travel School Speech Language Pathologist - Gilroy, California

A school district in Gilroy, CA is seeking a licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2025‑2026 school year. This travel assignment begins January 5, 2026, and runs through June 12, 2026, offering an excellent opportunity to support young learners in an elementary school setting. The role focuses on serving students primarily in Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 2nd grade.

This position involves working in‑person within a single elementary school and provides a diverse caseload consisting of speech‑only students, Resource Specialist Program (RSP) students, and Special Day Class (SDC) students. As an SLP in this role, you will be instrumental in assessing, planning, and implementing speech and language therapy tailored to meet each child’s needs.

• Deliver direct speech‑language therapy services to students TK‑2nd grade
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Monitor and document student progress regularly
• Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with parents

• Valid state licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist
• Experience working in school settings preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload including speech‑only, RSP, and SDC students
• Strong communication and organizational skills
