SUMMARY:This full-time position will work within the CS Learning Training Institute team, supporting professional development for staff internally and for colleagues throughout California. This position is open to a hybrid work schedule and is expected to be a commutable distance from our headquarters office in Gilroy, CA. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, education, or a related field, preferably in a behavioral health setting.
- Spanish speaking preferred.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- Experience with virtual training platforms and technology, such as:
Microsoft suite, Canva, and Zoom, - Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Regularly facilitate training sessions on various behavioral health, mental health topics, and workforce development skills topics for different audiences and participant backgrounds.
- Assist in creating, developing, and updating training materials, such as slide decks, curricula, facilitator's guides, activities, handouts, and other learner resources.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and group training sessions both in-person and virtually for Community Solutions staff members and external partnerships who request training
- Provide support and guidance to participants during and after training sessions, answer participant questions with diplomacy, professionalism, and tact
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, evaluations, and follow-up activities.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in behavioral health and training methodologies, grounded in adult learning theory.
- Facilitate New Employee Orientation (NEO) and New Internship Orientation, serving as first point-of-contact to welcome new employees
- Coordinate logistics for employee/community engagement initiatives as assigned.
- Collaborate with the CS Learning leadership and other team members to identify training needs and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and evaluations.
- Assist in marketing and promoting training programs to the community and potential participants.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
- Lead by example and foster a team culture that promotes professional development and learning.
