Overview
Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) – Licensed financial advisor who builds client relationships, provides comprehensive advice, and leverages Bank of America and Merrill solutions to meet clients’ financial needs.
Key Responsibilities- Obtain and maintain Securities Industry licenses (Securities Industry Essentials, Series7, and Series
66) within stipulated time frames. - Acquire, build, and manage client relationships, assessing complex financial situations and delivering tailored advice.
- Deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence, recommending strategies to achieve financial goals and life priorities.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with Bank of America and Merrill solutions.
- Build a professional network through interactions with banking customers, small‑business owners, and higher net‑worth clients.
- Participate in training and coaching programs provided by Academy managers.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent secondary education.
- Self‑disciplined management of time and capacity.
- Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending financial solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a results‑driven mindset.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies or applications.
- Desired: holder of the Securities Industry Essentials license, bachelor’s degree, and/or at least one year of financial services or sales experience.
Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays, 1st shift (United States of America). 40 hours per week.
Compensation & Benefits- Hourly pay range: $28.85 – $33.65, determined by experience, education, and skill set.
- Base salary only; no incentive compensation.
- Benefit‑eligible: industry‑leading benefits, paid time off, and resources supporting physical, emotional, and financial well‑being.
- Subject to SAFE Act registration requirements; must register and undergo the required background check.
- Failure to obtain or maintain registration may result in termination.
