• Assess communication and swallowing disorders using evidence-based evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans that make measurable impact
• Deliver compassionate, goal-directed therapy to patients of varied ages
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document progress clearly and timely to support continuity of care
• Educate patients, families, and staff to ensure carryover and safety
• Adapt therapy approaches for diverse needs and clinical settings

• Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility to obtain one
• ASHA CCC-SLP strongly preferred or in-progress
• Active professional liability coverage (or ability to obtain)
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Comfortable working in diverse clinical settings and collaborating with teams
• Excellent clinical reasoning, documentation skills, and patient rapport

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required

• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills in speech, language, and swallowing
• Proficiency with patient documentation and outcome measurement
• Ability to adapt therapy for pediatrics through adults as needed
• Clear communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Time management and caseload prioritization in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with teletherapy is a plus
