Senior HR Business Partner

Community Solutions is seeking a progressive, people-centric Human Resources (HR) Business Partner to join our People & Culture Team. Our team is at the forefront of creating meaningful employee experiences for all employees. As our HR Business Partner, you will join a collaborative high-trust team of HR professionals. We are a strategic team that centers culture and the employee experience in all we do.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR professional, who has a history of building trust and fostering a sense of belonging, cares deeply about creating a positive experience for others, and does not shy away from difficult conversations.

This individual will work on a hybrid basis, expecting to be on-site at our Gilroy, CA headquarters 3 days per week. Occasional travel to our offices and facilities in San Jose and Morgan Hill is required.
