Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – SNF/LTC Travel Contract
We are seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC) team providing compassionate care to geriatric residents. This 13-week contract opportunity offers a consistent AM shift schedule and the chance to make a meaningful impact supporting residents with daily living needs, including those with memory care requirements.
Schedule- 13-week contract
- Start Date:
August 24, 2026 - 40 hours per week
- AM Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Variable days throughout the week
- Weekend availability is required
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
- Obtain and document vital signs as directed.
- Support residents with meals, hydration, and personal care needs.
- Provide compassionate care and emotional support, particularly for residents with memory care needs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Follow facility policies, infection control standards, and resident care plans.
- Active CNA Certification required.
- Current BLS Certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent CNA experience.
- Previous experience in Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, and/or Memory Care preferred.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.
- Ability to work weekends as required.

- Requested Time Off (RTO), if applicable
- Virtual interview with the client required prior to placement.
The ideal candidate is a dependable and compassionate CNA with recent SNF/LTC experience, a strong understanding of geriatric patient care, and experience supporting residents with memory care needs. This individual thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to providing high-quality, resident-centered care.
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs direct patient care under the direct supervision of a RN or LPN/LVN or other licensed medical professional.
The CNA/NA performs a variety of individualized patient care activities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comforts of patients.
Minimum Requirements:
- One year experience as a nursing assistant preferred
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant per client/state requirements
- Knowledge of medical terminology and knowledge of clerical functions
- Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
