Pay
The starting pay range per hour is $27.00 - $29.00. Full pay range per hour is $27.00 - $45.90.

Responsibilities- Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an easy, inspiring and friendly environment.
- Ensure team members understand, are trained and consistently deliver on Target’s guest experience commitments and operations.
- Observe and provide feedback, hold team members accountable and recognize great guest experience moments.
- Review area guest, financial and team outcome metrics to identify opportunities, act to improve and align the team on behaviors, celebrate wins and drive results.
- Demonstrate inclusivity by valuing diverse voices, being authentic, respectful and creating equitable experiences.
- Lead a team of Guest Advocates, Service Advocates and Front‑of‑Store Attendants to exceed guest service expectations by reducing wait time, enhancing interactions, quality, resolution, loyalty and cleanliness standards.
- Execute best practices with team onboarding and learning; help close skill gaps through development and coaching.
- Use sales goals, business reporting and guest insights to plan and execute daily/weekly workload, delivery of sales goals, engagement and troubleshoot opportunities.
- Support Target Loyalty Programs and educate team on benefits to enhance shopping experience.
- Assist direct leader with training follow‑up, checking understanding and supporting continuous education.
- Engage in meaningful development conversations at critical team milestones.
- Personalize recognition and appreciation to reinforce guest‑service behaviours and promote a positive culture.
- Lead a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management (listen, observe, recognise, coach).
- Respond quickly to guest concerns, de‑escalate and ensure the team resolves issues and feels supported.
- Keep team updated about major promotions, brand launches and events.
- Evaluate candidates for open positions and develop a guest‑centric team.
- Enable team members to deliver pick‑up and drive‑up orders efficiently and accurately, following all applicable laws.
- Demonstrate ethical conduct and compliance; hold team accountable.
- Model safety culture, recognising hazards, holding team accountable, assisting incident response and reporting injuries.
- Execute physical security processes to enhance in‑store security.
- Support merchandise protection strategies across the store.
- Follow all safe and secure training if applicable.
- Assume store‑level leadership on duty as needed.
- Address all store emergency and compliance needs.
- Perform all other duties as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Ability to lead and hold others accountable.
- Effective communication skills across multiple devices and technology.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Manage workload and prioritise tasks.
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests.
- Remain focused and composed in a fast‑paced environment, completing tasks within time frames.
- Physical requirements:
handle cash, lift up to 44 pounds, climb ladders, work in varying temperatures/humidity. - Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
