Our Retail Sales Consultant earns $21.43 – $24.95 per hour plus up to $6,850 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Working 20‑24 hours per week, the average total compensation is $30,725 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, education, and training.
