Sales Associate​/Jewelry Consultant - Zales Outlet - Gilroy Outlets - Gilroy, CA

We are hiring seasonal, part‑time and full‑time sales team members to join our Zales Outlet. You will help customers celebrate life and express love by providing a superior experience.

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires
• Present merchandise and share detailed information regarding features and benefits of products
• Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options
• Meet individual and team sales goals

• A desire to help customers celebrate the special moments in their lives
• Strong customer service, sales, retail and/or jewelry experience
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays
• Positive, customer‑focused approach in delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Strong communication and relational skills

• Base pay, $16.90 – $25.60 plus commission on sales. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
