Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns;
Monitor access points, observe customer and visitor activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or maintenance issues;
Support loss prevention by reporting theft-related concerns, trespassing, and/or unauthorized activity to the appropriate personnel
