Home First in Gilroy, CA is seeking an Entry-level Housing Specialist to help participants locate, secure, and maintain housing in the community. You will advocate for participants with landlords and build relationships with property managers to support housing stability.
You will manage a 20-30 participant caseload, coordinate services, and participate in adopting evidence-based practices in service delivery while reporting to the Program Manager.
