Key Responsibilities:
  • Hunt and close new business opportunities in commercial construction and glazing markets.
  • Manage long, multi-stage sales cycles tied to commercial construction timelines.
  • Maintain momentum on deals that can span months while keeping multiple bids active at once.
  • Build authentic relationships with general contractors, developers, architects, and decision-makers.
  • Visit on-site, cold call, email, network, and digitally engage leads every day.
  • Convert warm leads into scheduled appointments and killer proposals.

  • Understands how commercial construction projects work from pre-bid to close-out.
  • Loves being in a competitive, high-energy sales environment.
  • Comfortable selling into long lead times, multiple stakeholders, and shifting project scopes.

  • Loves earning top commissions and crushing targets.
What you bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, delivering proven results.
  • Previous experience within the construction, glazing, building materials, or trades sectors is a huge asset.
  • Relentless motivation and self-starter attitude.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Valid driver’s license & ability to travel locally.
