Position:
Senior Sales Director - Fintech Enterprise Focus

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Director to drive enterprise sales initiatives. This senior-level role requires a proven track record in fintech or fintech-app environments, with a focus on securing large enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will be a strategic relationship-builder, adept at researching prospects, managing CRM systems, scheduling meetings, presenting value propositions, and closing high-value contracts. While experience in travel or ground transportation is a plus, the primary emphasis is on fintech enterprise expertise.

You will collaborate closely with our tech, supply, marketing, and ops teams to deliver tailored solutions and achieve revenue targets.

Job responsibility
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes for large enterprise clients, from prospect identification to contract closure in Europe, the gulf, Asia and Africa.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify and qualify high-potential leads in fintech-aligned sectors.
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar) to track pipelines, manage customer data, and forecast sales performance.
  • Schedule and lead high-level meetings with decision-makers, delivering compelling presentations on our travel and multimodal ground transfer solutions.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and clients, addressing their needs and overcoming objections to secure signed contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (tech, supply, marketing, ops) to customize proposals, resolve challenges, and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in fintech, travel, and enterprise sales to inform strategies and positioning.
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a director-level or equivalent senior role.
  • Proven background in the fintech or fintech-app industry, with a strong track record of closing deals with large enterprise clients (e.g., Fortune 500 or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated expertise in enterprise sales cycles, including research, CRM management, meeting facilitation, presentations, and relationship-building.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions to C-suite executives.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the travel industry, multimodal ground transfers, or related logistics/transportation sectors.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and technologies beyond CRM, such as data analytics platforms or AI-driven prospecting tools.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas in competitive markets.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant certifications in sales or fintech.
  • Fluent in English. Any additional language is a plus.
