Oakhill Day School is seeking a Lead Teacher for the 2 Year Old Class:
Innovative, energetic, passionate, collaborative, and caring lead teacher needed for Toddler Class (2-3 year old children) for the 26/27 school year. The ideal candidate should be an effective communicator who seeks to partner with parents and the school community, is passionate about collaboration and professional growth, and can skillfully enhance the written curriculum with engaging, creative lessons that instill curiosity.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood or related field. Full-time, contracted for the school year with opportunities to teach in the summer program.

Responsibilities- Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction that skillfully enhances the written curriculum and inspires student curiosity.
- Support the academic, social, and emotional growth of students.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum, planning, and assessment.
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
- Participate in faculty meetings, school events, and professional development.
- Contribute to the broader life of the school community.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood (Preferred), Associates Degree or related field (Required).
- Relevant teaching or professional experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Flexibility, professionalism, and a growth mindset.
