Your Day-to-day Will Involve
  • Delivering engaging, real world learning experiences aligned with the curriculum
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with students, encouraging them to achieve personal wellbeing and academic goals
  • Working collaboratively with youth workers, parents and support staff to deliver trauma informed learning plans and support
  • Providing guidance and role modelling, with a focus on unconditional positive regard for students and peers
  • Supporting wellbeing and learning attending weekly outings and school events
About You

We’re looking for an educator who builds genuine, respectful connections across the whole school community, with students, colleagues, families and support teams. You will lead with empathy and a relationship-first mindset, creating a safe and supportive environment where young people feel understood, valued and empowered to grow.

In addition,

  • Registered Teacher within Queensland, with relevant tertiary qualifications in Education
  • A flexible educator, confident teaching across multiple subjects/disciplines
  • Experience working holistically with the whole student
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
