• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to Pre-K students.
• Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that promotes learning.
• Assess and monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Encourage social and emotional development through interactive activities.
• Collaborate with parents and staff to support each child's growth.
• Utilize age-appropriate educational resources and technology.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting.

• Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• State certification or licensure in Early Childhood Education.
• Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Passion for teaching and dedication to student success.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain.
