As a Teller, you will:

• Work individually at a steady pace without heavy reliance on others to achieve results.

Additional responsibilities include performing routine transactional, operational and client support tasks, working toward individual and banking center sales and service goals, assisting other departments as needed, and building rapport with clients and associates.

• High school diploma or equivalent

Desired Skills

• Previous banking, cash handling or financial service experience
• 6+ months of demonstrated successful cash handling experience
• Passionate and motivated self‑starter
• Passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies
• Strong work ethic and ability to complete tasks accurately
• Logical thinking to analyze situations and make sound decisions
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages

This role is eligible to participate in a scorecard-based incentive plan, which can significantly increase overall compensation. Incentives are earned monthly based on performance against defined metrics.
