The Relationship Advisor
- Personal Banker is more than a banker. They are a relationship builder, problem solver, educator, and advocate for our Members.

As one of the first people our Members turn to for guidance, Relationship Advisors help Members understand their options, identify solutions that meet their needs, and feel confident about their decisions. Every interaction is an opportunity to strengthen relationships and improve lives.

• Deliver an exceptional experience to Members by identifying financial needs and providing personalized solutions.
• Process Member transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.
• Balance vault cash, teller drawers, cash recyclers, and cash dispensing equipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Open, service, and maintain personal and small business accounts, certificates of deposit (CDs), and individual retirement accounts (IRAs).
• Open and maintain fiduciary accounts while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and procedures.
• Assist Members applying for consumer loans, guiding Members through the lending process.
• Assist Members with account disputes and complete required dispute documentation.
• Educate Members on digital banking tools, products, and services that support their financial goals.
• Collaborate with Team Members to support branch goals and create a positive, Member-focused environment.
• Bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to being awesome every day.
• Bring enthusiasm, teamwork, and a passion for helping Members succeed.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and make every interaction count.

• 1 year cash handling experience
• 1 year of sales and/or advising experience
• 1 year of customer service in the hospitality industry or financial institution experience
• Demonstrated ability in lieu of experience will be considered for candidate

• Well-organized, with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail
• Accuracy

• Minimum of High School Diploma, or equivalent
