• Work directly with the General Manager to drive revenue growth and support sales targets, including core sales mix, Multi Care, and Core Plus.
• Coaching staff to deliver excellent customer service and create an exceptional guest experience.
• Set a positive example and build team engagement and efficiency.
• Leverage internal training to develop teammates and provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and direction.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently.
• Handle inventory, cash‑handling processes, and guest issues, and work with the District Manager on critical initiatives.
• Assist with budgeting, sales forecasts, financial performance, and expense control.
• Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable according to the Guide to Excellence (GTE).
• Mentor automotive technicians and CSAs.
• Perform opening and closing duties when GM is absent.
• Build and maintain an engaged workforce that reflects customer volume and business needs.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings; set direction for achieving business goals.
• Manage inventory and product orders.
• Hold team members accountable for rules and regulations that maintain a safe and productive environment.
• Assist guests with questions and needs via in‑person, electronic, or telephone channels.

• One to three years of retail management experience; professional automotive experience not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Sound business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that support sales and service results.
• Positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct and appearance.
• Enthusiastic and energized in a fast‑paced, flexible, high‑performance retail environment.
• Guest‑first mindset.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Physical capability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods, handle hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Minimum age 18; legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
