Shifts: In general, we offer 12-hour shifts for our RN positions. We have openings for full-time (30+ hours weekly) and part-time (up to 29 hours weekly) positions.

  • Full-time, Days: 6 am-6:30 pm (every other weekend rotation)
  • Part-time, Days: 6 am-6:30 pm (Tuesdays and Sundays)
  • Part-time, Nights: 6 pm - 6:30 am

Role

We are seeking a dedicated RN - Registered Nurse to join our team! The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the comprehensive nursing care of residents in the Community, as well as effectively communicating with team members, families, physicians, and allied health professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure provision of quality nursing care in accordance with Federal, State, and Company requirements based on the acuity of residents
  • Make daily rounds to each resident to ascertain the resident’s condition and comfort
  • Follow safety policies in performing nursing care, assuring resident safety
  • Follows infection control guidelines
  • Initiate procedures to protect residents from injury and infection
  • Assess and evaluate the resident's change of condition and institute appropriate interventions
  • Communicate with the Physician as indicated by the resident's needs or status and assure follow-through; maintain hand-off communications with the oncoming shift regarding resident care needs.
  • Oversees direct care staff and ensures staff complete tasks and care as assigned.
  • Speak, read, and write the English language in an understandable manner.
  • Ability to apply principles of basic general math.
