Shift Details:
Full‑time (30+ hours weekly) and part‑time (up to 29 hours weekly) 12‑hour shifts
Part‑time, Days: 6am‑6:30pm (every other weekend rotation)
Part‑time, Evenings: 6pm‑10pm

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with federal, state, and company requirements based on resident acuity
• Conduct daily rounds to assess each resident’s condition and comfort
• Follow safety policies and infection control guidelines to protect residents
• Initiate procedures to prevent injury and infection
• Assess and evaluate changes in resident condition and implement appropriate interventions
• Communicate with physicians and maintain hand‑off communications with incoming shifts
• Oversee direct care staff and ensure task completion
• Speak, read, and write English in an understandable manner
• Apply basic general mathematics principles as required

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Currently licensed in the state of work without encumbrance, maintaining licensure and CEU requirements
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in long‑term care and/or a skilled nursing facility (not required)
• Current CPR certification
