Position Description :
As a Service Leader, you will be responsible for achieving guest satisfaction by implementing company policies, procedures, programs, and standards. You will monitor compliance and ensure a quality work environment.
Responsibilities :
- Greet, seat, and serve guests properly.
- Resolve guest complaints effectively.
- Handle cash, credit card information, gift cards, and guest checks securely.
- Maintain facility and equipment through preventive measures, repairs, security, and safety compliance.
- Monitor food temperatures to prevent foodborne illnesses.
- Train employees during shifts for proper performance.
- Ensure menu items are prepared and served according to standards.
- Identify and correct system issues to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Communicate with management and staff about any issues.
- Manage change fund, cash register, and guest check controls, impacting sales and profits.
Qualifications :
- Basic skills in sanitation, safety, and customer service.
- Trustworthy and reliable with payment handling.
- Clear communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
Physical Requirements / Environment / Work Conditions :
- High mobility and flexibility.
- Ability to work irregular hours under stress.
- High coordination skills.
- Lift and carry trays up to 20 pounds.
- Able to fit through a 30” opening.
- Frequent reaching, bending, pushing, and pulling.
- Exposure to heat, steam, smoke, cold, and odors.
- Continuously standing and walking.
