Toyota Kansas City PDC/Regional Facility

Location: Kansas City, MO

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time | M-F 8 AM-4 PM | On-site Position

Marksman Security is seeking a professional and customer-focused Regional Lobby Security Officer to represent Toyota’s Kansas City Parts Distribution and Regional Facility. This position plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, safe, and professional environment for all visitors, vendors, and team members.

• Punctuality is a must
• Ability to type 55-65 WPM
• Great communicator, both written and verbal
• Great communication skills
• Computer knowledge using Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Problem-solving and critical thinking
• Great time management skills
• Always maintain a professional image and friendly demeanor

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors entering the facility lobby.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service, including greeting guests, verifying credentials, and issuing visitor badges.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and assist with administrative duties such as data entry, access control updates, and incident documentation.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and access systems to ensure the safety and security of personnel and property.
• Enforce site access policies and respond to security or safety concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Assist with deliveries, contractor check-ins, and after-hours access requests as needed.
• Support other security operations and perform assigned duties per Toyota and Marksman Security standards.
• Respond to all emails promptly.
• Computer Knowledge using Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to schedule appointments using Outlook.
• Create UPS Labels for all incoming and outgoing packages.
• Manage confidential documents and filing accordingly.
• Ability to complete other projects and tasks assigned by management.

• At least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of excellent customer service experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of front desk/lobby experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain professional, courteous, and alert in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment criminal background check and drug screen.
