You’ll focus on high-efficiency maintenance and inspections.

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, filters, batteries, and basic maintenance
• Complete multi-point inspections accurately and honestly
• Document work clearly and follow repair order standards
• Identify maintenance and safety needs and communicate them to advisors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Produce consistent flat-rate hours in a structured express environment

• Previous express, lube, or entry-level technician experience preferreD
• Mechanical aptitude and a desire to grow as a technician
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to stand, lift, and work on vehicles throughout the day
• Honda experience is a plus, not required.
