Our associates at Red, White, and Blue Thrift perform a range of tasks and processes essential to our retail operations. These positions require attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. The roles are full‑time, and medical benefits become available after 90 days of employment.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous thrift, retail, warehouse, back of house, or customer‑facing experience is preferred, but not required

• Ability to safely perform essential job functions in accordance with ADA, FMLA, and other standards, including meeting both qualitative and quantitative productivity requirements.
• Physical strength: occasionally lift and carry up to 40–70 lbs, frequently exert up to 25 lbs of force.
• Endurance: stand for extended periods of time.
• Manual dexterity: perform repetitive motions with fingers.
• Fine motor skills: seize, hold, grasp, and turn objects.
• Balance and agility: maintain equilibrium on narrow or slippery surfaces.
• Visual acuity: clarity of vision at 20 inches or less and 20 feet or more.
• Atmosphere: thrive in a fast‑paced, busy environment.
• Noise level: work effectively in a noisy environment.
• Lighting: adapt to bright lighting throughout the store.
• Interactions with others: regular customer, donor, and coworker interactions; effective communication is required.
• Flexibility: switch tasks or departments based on operational needs.

• Understanding of written and spoken English for comprehending instructions and communicating verbally and in writing.
