Avamere Rehab of Clackamas in Gladstone, OR is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time and full-time shifts. The LPN will provide basic nursing care under RN supervision, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist residents with daily activities in a geriatric rehab setting.
Required are an active LPN license, CPR/BLS, and a willingness to work in a team-based, long-term care environment with emphasis on patient safety and documentation in EMR/EHR systems.
